Terms of Service

These terms apply to video editing and motion graphics work provided by Vivid Splice ("we", "us") to clients ("you").

Projects and scope

Before work starts we agree on the deliverables, formats, price and timeline by email. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.

Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quote. Extra rounds can be added at an agreed price.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in each quote. We may ask for a deposit before starting. Final files are released once payment is complete.

Your content

You confirm that you have the rights to the footage, music, logos and other material you send us. You keep ownership of your content.

Our work

When the project is paid in full, you receive the rights to use the finished videos for your business. We may show non-confidential excerpts in our portfolio only with your permission.

Confidentiality

We treat unreleased products and materials you send us as confidential and use them only for your project.

Liability

We work carefully but cannot guarantee specific results such as views or sales. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project in question.

Business registration

Vivid Splice is a proprietorship registered under Udyam, registration number UDYAM-TS-31-0064318, run by Sufiyan Syed in Warangal, Telangana, India.
